When purchased, this house had been in a dilapidated state for a number of years. It needed to be completely gutted and services such as gas and electrics to be reconnected.
A small rear extension and internal alterations allowed for a fantastic kitchen/dining/living space and a well-appointed utility room and downstairs WC. We also converted the attic into a bedroom with en-suite and access to storage in the eaves of the roof.
