Project Description
This house was purchased by a first time buyer who had a limited budget to create her dream first home. The house had been rented out and was habitable but needed upgrading and modernisation. We worked with the client to ensure her vision was realised, providing her with direction on the best approach to maximise her budget.
The budget was a key priority for this project; we salvaged and recycled items where possible without compromising on the quality of the renovation.
