Project Description
Brelon worked as subcontractor to Duggan Brothers on this large scale project to restore the existing Georgian Building.
The building is a protected structure so the restoration works included repair and refurbishment of the existing structure including roof timbers, floor joists and associated floor boards, sash windows, some internal doors, joinery works and plaster finishes. Some minor reconfiguration of rooms was also required.
